No personal information (excluding points 4 & 5) is held on www.distantechoes.com.

4. Identification of Individuals
An individual may be identified by name for contributing images, text, audio, video or other materials for use on www.distantechoes.com will be credited, unless requested in writing or by e-mail not to do so. Any such requests must derive from either the original correspondence or e-mail address. Your attention is also drawn to the copyright notice contained within 'Terms & Conditions'.

5. Identification of Organisations & Clubs
Organisations & clubs wishing to submit work for exhibition agree to supply the full name of the organisation, and an individual representing the organisation together with a valid e-mail address (which will be checked). Only organisation/club together with a representative's name will appear with the work.

You may, of course, have your organisation/club e-mail or web site domain name shown with your work, and this is strongly encouraged, but you must explicitly state by e-mail or in writing, what details you wish to appear.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal details may be disclosed to the Police or English courts, should this become necessary.

7. Reservations
We reserve the right to amend, delete or add to this policy at any time without prior notification. Such reservations apply jointly to Distant Echoes Antiques & Collectables and distantechoes.com.
